- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Don’t bother dealing with these two jokers Phillip and David – or anyone from this company. They give you a quote then when you are happy to proceed with their quote they bump up the price and say the first quote was a “rough estimate” and “there has been a price increase”. A quote for $7,000 becomes $9,500. When I asked why? the response was “I appreciate that the price looks excessive compared to what I have quoted you”… (their words on my email!) This is how they lie an manipulate and waste your time - one guy comes out to look at the job and then he provides a quote. When you want to proceed with the quote, the other guy then bumps it up and says “I did not allow enough for the installation for whatever reason” (their words on my email!). Do they not understand the quote is the price that is expected??? Otherwise why bother quoting? These guys are typical cowboys in the industry… I would avoid them like the plague. You will only waste your time. If you want good service and a good price for aluminum/glass windows and doors, call the guys at Zero Threshold, in Petersham. I used them and their service, price and professionalism was exceptional!By John Smithe, November 22, 2018
